Beirut: In a disturbing video, a toddler, barely three years old, is shown beheading a teddy bear with a hunting knife while standing in front of an Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) flag.
In the sickening propaganda video, the toddler, dressed in black outfit similar to ones ISIS militants wear, is shown entering a room and running towards the teddy bear which is lying on the ground in front of the flag.
The child then poses for the camera smiling with a knife in his hand.
However, the video circulating on social media is of low-quality and it is yet to be determined whether ISIS released it.

This is not the first time when ISIS has used children in its propaganda video.
In July, the terror group released a video showing a 14-yr-old boy beheading a Syrian Army soldier.
In yet another video earlier this year, a teenage assassin was shown executing an alleged Iraqi spy in a video.
