New Delhi: A Yazidi woman, who recently escaped the clutches of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), has made shocking revelations that her four-year-old son was given a sword by the militants and told that 'this is to kill your mother'.

In an exclusive interview to MailOnline, the Yazidi woman revealed how her youngest child, barely four years old, was forcibly taken from her and made to join a terror training camp by the ISIS militants.

The distraught mother added that the militants taught his son that Yazidis are 'Kafirs' (non-believers) and that he had to fight them while handing him a sword.

As part of the training, the militants made him learn Koran, Sharia law, speak in Arabic, pray and how to use a sword.

Though the young child is yet to comprehend the meaning of the militant's actions, he drew his fingers across the throat when asked about what he was taught at a training camp, the report stated.

Now residing in a refuge camp in Dohuk, Iraq, the woman along with her four children was captured by ISIS in August, 2014.

During captivity, her 14 years old eldest daughter was sold to a militant while another 12-year-old son was sent to a jihadi training camp.

The woman revealed the horrific treatment meted out to them while they were held captive by the ISIS militants.

She said that the prisoners were given food food laced with sedatives like morphines so that they cannot escape.

The Yazidi woman added that their water was mixed with urine and food with glass, the report stated.
