Kiev: Ukraine said Thursday border guards had begun checking a Russian humanitarian aid convoy at the crossing in eastern Ukraine`s restive Lugansk region.
"The processing of Russian humanitarian aid has begun" by Ukrainian border guards and customs officials, senior border service official Sergiy Astakhov told AFP.
