ODISHA: In yet another instance of brutality against animals, a man in Odisha was allegedly caught on camera, thrashing a dog here in Bhubaneshwar.
In a video posted by ANI on Wednesday, the man is seen using a belt and hitting the animal repeatedly.

The 21-sec video of the man standing next to the boundary wall of a house and beating the dog once again revealed the cruel instinct existing among humans.
