'Baahubali' director SS Rajamouli donates money for a noble cause

On the Box Office front, Rajamouli's 'Baahubali 2' is inching closer towards Rs 1500 crore mark worldwide. The film which revolves around the battle between two warring brothers from a fictional ancient Indian kingdom, released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam on April 28.

New Delhi: After breaking the Box Office records with 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion', Indian filmmaker SS Rajamouli has now stepped forward to support a noble cause. The 43-year-old director has reportedly donated Rs 6 lakh to promote cleanliness.

According to a TOI report, a cheque worth Rs 6 Lakhs was given to the deputy commissioner by Rajamouli for Ballari. The amount has been handed over in order to strengthen cleanliness activities there.

Well, it is good to see celebrities contributing towards nation building in their own capacity.
