New Delhi: The Royal couple of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will officially be man and wife on May 19, 2017. The Royal affair will take place at the St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.

Kensington Palance official Twitter handle shared an adorable picture of the two with the confirmation of their wedding date and venue. Check out the tweet here:

According to PTI, the Royal Family will pay for the wedding, including the service, music, flowers and the reception. The 36-year-old Markle, a Protestant Christian, will be baptised and confirmed into the Anglican faith before the wedding, the palace said. She will also begin the process of becoming a British citizen as she prepares for her married life with the 33- year-old prince at their home at Kensington Palace in London.

The 33-year-old Harry is fifth in line to Britain's throne. Reportedly, the couple said that they had met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend in London last July and got to know each other while camping in Botswana, South Africa.

"He went down on one knee. It was just an amazing surprise," Markle said, adding that the experience was " so sweet and natural and very romantic". "The fact that I fell in love with Meghan so incredibly quickly was confirmation to me that all the stars were aligned, everything was just perfect," Harry said.

Markle, daughter of an African-American mother and white American father, is already involved with humanitarian work and is a women's advocate with the UN.

The new princess-to-be has been invited for the royal festivities which take place in Norfolk in East Anglia region of England every year. She will become the first unmarried partner of a royal to attend the traditional celebrations alongside Harry, the 91- year-old Queen's grandson. Harry will accompany his brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton alongside Markle to Sandringham. "You can expect to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Ms Markle at Sandringham on Christmas Day," a Kensington Palace spokesperson had said.

The couple's wedding venue of St Georges Chapel in Windsor Castle is where Harry's father Prince Charles married his second wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles in April 2005.
