Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty walked out of the Byculla Jail on Wednesday evening, having spent 28 days in custody since her arrest on September 8, 2020.

Shortly after the family members of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput wrote to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) demanding the reconstitution of a medical team, the federal agency sleuths were once again in Mumbai, reports IANS.

According to sources, Rhea Chakraborty is likely to be released from Byculla Jail anytime soon. The procedure is likely to be completed in next 30-45 minutes.

Rhea got bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court said, "Rhea should mark her presence for 10 days in the police station after release, deposit her passport, not travel abroad without court permission and inform the investigating officer if she has to leave Greater Mumbai."

Advocate Satish Maneshinde, who represents Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik, said that the kin and lawyers of the late actor are raising doubts on the probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and also the conclusions of the AIIMS forensic team, news agency IANS reports.

The ED had on July 31 registered an Enforcement Case Information Report in Sushant's death case after an FIR was filed by his father KK Singh against Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar on July 28.
