New Delhi: One of the most talented actors in Bollywood, Sitaram Panchal, who has best remembered for his roles in 'Peepli Live' and 'Jolly LLB 2' to name a few succumbed to cancer on Thursday.
Panchal was battling kidney and lung cancer, reportedly. His son Rishabh took to Facebook and even shared a family picture wishing his mom and dad a happy 26th anniversary on Wednesday.
In what seems like Panchal's last picture before he left for the heavenly abode, the actor looks completely unrecognisable as he lost a massive amount of weight due to cancer treatment.
The actor sometime back even took to Facebook and briefed about his condition with fans. He sought help from his fans urging them to contribute monetarily. He wrote: "Bhaio, meri help karo meri cancer se halat kharab hoti ja rahi hai, apka kalakar bhai. (Please help me. My condition is getting worse due to cancer. Your artist brother - Sitaram Panchal.)"
Followed by which, Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) too took to Facebook and urged everyone to do their bit in saving the actor's life. Also, CINTAA took to FB this morning informing the fans about the unfortunate news of Panchal's demise.
However, PTI quoted family sources as saying, “He died today morning. He was suffering from cancer and was unwell. He wasn't keeping well in the last few months.”
