New Delhi: Gorgeous beauty Deepika Padukone celebrated her 32nd birthday recently and was reportedly in the company of her rumoured beau Ranveer Singh. Well, the duo ushered in New Year together and enjoyed their private vacay in the faraway lands.
After Virushka wedding, the buzz was strong that DeepVeer will be announcing their engagement news on Deepika's birthday. However, all of that proved to be sheer rumours with no truth.
Another strong rumour which has set the gossip going is that Ranveer's parents have apparently gifted Dippy darling a special present on her birthday. According to India Today, the actor's parents have presented her a special diamond set and a designer saree.
The report has been originally attributed to SpotboyE.com where a source as has been quoted as saying, “Deepika was gifted an expensive diamond set and a Sabyasachi sari by Ranveer's family. Her happiness knew no bounds. This was indeed a special occasion for the actress.”

Meanwhile, on the professional front, the couple will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Padmavati which has got a green signal from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with four modifications besides a title change to Padmavat.
