- Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor have reached Shashi Kapoor's home to pay their condolences.
- The actor was admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital where he breathed his last.
- Shashi Kapoor was reportedly suffering from old age related illness. He was under constant medical supervision and was battling health-related issues. The Kapoor senior featured in as many as 148 films in his illustrious career.
