Automated Teller Machine (ATM) helps you to withdraw cash from your account via debit card. Every bank provides this facility. However, customers need to pay some charges after a certain number of withdrawals in a month. The charges vary bank to bank and number of withdrawals. Let’s try to explore the various charges implemented by banks on cash withdrawals from ATM:
State Bank of India ATM Charges
SBI Debit Card Charges For ATM Withdrawals – It’s up to Rs 20 plus GST (Note you have to pay after free ATM withdrawals per month depending upon regions).
Non-SBI Card Charges For ATM Withdrawal – It’s up to Rs 20 plus GST (Same as above).
SBI Withdrawal Limit – It’s between Rs 40,000 and Rs 1 lakh depending upon type of cards.
Foreign ATM transaction charges – You need to pay minimum of Rs 100 plus GST plus 3.5% of the taxation amount.

ICICI Bank Fee for ATM Withdrawals: Nil for up to 5 cash withdrawals in a month; Rs.20 per financial transaction and Rs. 8.50 per non-financial transaction
