Land Rover Defender 130, the iconic SUV debuts with 8-seater cabin: IN PICS
The Land Rover Defender 130 has made its debut with a 2+3+3 seating configuration, joining Defender 90 5-seater and Defender 7-seater in the SUV lineup.
The Land Rover Defender, which was relaunched after years of being absent from the market has now added yet another variant - the Defender 130 in the SUV's lineup. The Defender 130 is the 8-seater variant of the iconic Defender SUV and will be sold along side the Defender 90, which is a 5-seater variant and Defender 110, which is a 7-seater variant. The Land Rover Defender 130 is available in S, SE, X-Dynamic SE, and X trim levels, as well as a First Edition model. This is the longest Defender in history of Land Rover and has been extended by 13.38 inches at the back, which is mostly visible in the extended rear overhang. The Defender 130 gets two electrified gas engines - no V8 is available for the time being. The P300 is the base model with a 3.0-litre mild-hybrid turbocharged mill with 296 horsepower and 470 Newton-meters of torque. There's a P400 with a more powerful version of the six-cylinder engine, generating 395 hp and 550 Nm.
