Gingerbread cookies
For making the batter for the gingerbread cookies, take two bowls. In the first bowl, mix 100g of butter and 1/2 cup of powdered jaggery together. In the second bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, ginger powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder. Later, combine the ingredients in both the bowls, you'll get the dough for the cookies. Go ahead and shape them in the form of a gingerbread man and pop them into the oven to get them baking!

Chocolate fudge
For this quick recipe, all you need is semi-sweet chocolate chips, condensed milk (sweet), and vanilla extract. Melt the chocolate chips and milk in a microwave and stir the mixture. Then add the vanilla extract and mix it well. After this, all you need to do is refrigerate the mixture in a rectangular container for 2-3 hours and when it's hard enough, cut it into smaller cubes.
