The PM, at an event in Rishikesh, said his government has been extending all help to the "new team" in the state and the "double engine" of development will take the hilly region to new heights.

Inaugurating pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen plants
Modi inaugurated 35 pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen plants, established under the PM CARES fund, across 35 states and Union Territories in an event at AIIMS Rishikesh. Posting this picture on Twitter from the official PMO handle, Modi wrote, "Had the honour of inaugurating Oxygen plants across India. Through this year, the Government of India has worked extensively to augment oxygen capacity and make our healthcare infrastructure even more people friendly."
Modi addresses Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami as "my friend"

Patting Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami's back twice during the event, Modi addressed him as "my friend" and described him as an enthusiastic CM.
