World-famous Indian spiritualist and environmentalist Sadhguru embarked on a unique 100-day lone motorcycle on Monday (March 21). After riding through the bone-rattling chill of Europe and the furnace of the Arabian desert, Sadhguru, Founder-Isha Foundation, set foot on the soil of Bharat alighting at the Jamnagar port in Gujarat. Sadghguru receives warm welcome by Indian Navy and people of Gujarat
Sadhguru received a rousing welcome from the Indian Navy, as their band played the Save Soil Anthem. Capturing the essence of the movement, the crowd chanted ‘Dharti ki pukaar, dharti ki lalkaar, dharti ki dahaad, mitti bachao ped lagao’, while Sadhguru planted a sapling, signifying the beginning of Journey for Soil in India.

What is Save Soil Movement
Save Soil, is a global movement to inspire a conscious approach to saving our soil and planet. This is, first and foremost, a people’s movement. The aim is to demonstrate the support of over 3.5 billion people (more than 60% of the world’s voting population) around the world and empower governments to initiate policy-driven action to revitalize soil and halt further degradation. World leaders, influencers, artists, experts, farmers, spiritual leaders, NGOs and citizens are vocally supporting the movement to re-establish Humanity’s relationship with Soil.
