Two boxes full of cash bundles found at beggar's residence in Tirupati

Tirupati: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) officials seized house number 75 in Seshachala Nagar, Near Karakambadi Road, an amount of 6,15,050/-  (Six lakh fifteen thousand fifty  rupees) along with about 25 kg of retail coins were seized in a box in the house. Authorities came to know that Srinivasan has no family members to claim the property so TTD Vigilance wing and  estate officials conducted an inquiry with the revenue officers on the orders of TTD Joint Executive Office Mrs. Sada Bhargavi. IAS.

Boxes full of cash were found in the beggar's house

TTD Vigilance/ estate officials took position, broke the lock and entered the house on Monday evening and seized the property. While seizing household items two trunk box full of currency with various denomination cash was found.  ₹6,15,050/-  cash as well as about 25 kg of retail coins were recovered. The seized property will be deposited in the TTD treasury on Tuesday said Chief Vigilance and security officer (CVSO) Mr Gopinath Jatti.
