Simply mix 1 tsp of jeera and ajwain in 200 ml water. Boil it till the water is reduced to 3/4th. Strain it and that’s it. You can add honey for a dash of sweetness. Ginger is another miracle pain reliever as it reduces prostaglandin like substances that are directly responsible for causing cramps.
