Aaron Finch slammed 17 ODI tons in just 145 matches and is on fourth in the list of Australian batters with most numbers of tons in 50-over format. Aaron Finch led his team to the semi-finals of the ICC ODI World and T20 World Cup title
Before the 209 World Cup, Finch was named the captain of the white-ball teams and his first task was to defend the ODI world title. His troops fought well under him, as they made it to semi-finals despite not many rating them highly in the tournament.
