Rishabh Pant is going through a rough patch with bat in hand and many experts believe he should be dropped for third and last Test against South Africa and Wriddhiman Saha should be given a go.
Pant has had a disappointing series so far, performing below par in each of the four innings he has played in South Africa. Rahul Dravid, too, at the end of second Test stressed on the need to have a chat with Pant on the shot selection.
On Sunday (January 9), Team India released some photos from the first training session in Cape Town on Twitter, and Rishabh Pant is hard to find in these images. One can see photos of Virat Kohli, Mayank Agarwal, KL Rahul, Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Saha, Ishant Sharma, R Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. But it is Pant only who is missing. It seems the wicket-keeper gave a skip to the nets and we are not sure why. Although BCCI has not not confirm anything.
Indian fans, in replies, of the tweet, were discussing whether Pant has been dropped. One of them said: "I see the playing 11 for the final Test, anybody else?"
Another Twitter user wrote: The pictue says Wridhi replace Pant".
While nothing is confirmed, the pictures are indeed telling a story.

Saha in for Pant?
That's the big question. Wriddhiman Saha is a safe keeper but is he better batter than Rishabh Pant? The Delhi-born keeper is struggling for runs at the moment and that may push Dravid and Kohli to give Saha a go and Pant some time to think over his batting. Saha was training in Cape Town, however BCCI did not tweet out a single photo of Pant training ahead of 3rd Test. Wonder why? (Source: Twitter)
