Highest Wicket Takers For India In Each Edition Of T20 World Cup- In Pics

RP Singh was the underrated hero of India's 2007 T20 World Cup win. He emerged as the second-highest wicket-taker in the entire competition and was the highest wicket taker for India, taking 12 wickets in 7 matches at an average of 12.66 runs per wicket.

Left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha was the highest wicket-taker for India in the 2009 T20 World Cup. He scalped 7 wickets. 

India's former fast bowler and currently the coach of Gujarat Titans Ashish Nehra was India's highest wicket-take in the 2010 T20 World Cup.

Former Indian fast bowler Balaji picked up nine wickets in four matches at the 2012 T20 World Cup, at an average of 9.77.

Ravichandran Ashwin one of India's top spinner was India's highest wicket taker in T20 WC 2014. He picked 11 wickets in six matches at an impressive economy of 5.35.

Nehra grabbed five wickets in five matches during the 2016 T20 World Cup, with an economy rate of about six, which was quite impressive.

This was  a dissapointing tournament for India but Bumrah had a decent season picked up seven wickets in five games at an impressive economy of five. 

Arshdeep Singh secured the highest number of wickets in this edition, taking 10 wickets in six matches, with an average of 15.6. His best performance was 3/32.
