USA's great gymnast Simone Biles created headlines the world over when she prioritised mental health over medals. She withdrew from couple of gymnastics events as she was dealing with 'twisties', a mental block that can be life threatening in this sport. What an year for India's olympics stars. India returned with seven medals, including one gold clinched by Neeraj Chopra. Mirabai Chanu won the silver in weightlifting, PV Sindhu won her second successive medal in badminton, Ravi Dahiya and Bajrang Punia clinching a silver and bronze respectively in wrestling.
