New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag is one of those rare cricketers, who achieved almost everything in their careers.

From a double century in ODIs, to two triple tons in Tests, Sehwag has had his share of success across formats.

Labelled as a limited-overs specialist during his early days, Sehwag proved he was capable of doing well in all formats with several blistering knocks in the traditional format of the game.

However, the Nawab of Nazafgarh has one regret till date.

Viru revealed it while doing commentary on Day 2 of the third Test between India and New Zealand at Indore.

The Delhi dynamo was asked about that one regret he had from his playing days, by fellow commentators VVS Laxman and Deep Das Gupta.

Without batting an eyelid, Sehwag said he always wanted to score 400 runs in an innings in Tests.

Sehwag, whose highest score in whites is 319 against South Africa in Chennai in 2008, said that he rues missing over the chance of hitting 400 runs as he had the opportunity.

The Hyderabadi batsman however said he had not regrets and was privileged to have played for the country for 16 years.
