MI playing XI: LMP Simmons, PA Patel, RG Sharma, KA Pollard, AT Rayudu, HH Pandya, Harbhajan Singh, J Suchith, MJ McClenaghan, R Vinay Kumar, SL Malinga

KKR playing XI: RV Uthappa, G Gambhir, MK Pandey, YK Pathan, AD Russell, SA Yadav, Shakib Al Hasan, PP Chawla, UT Yadav, M Morkel, SP Narine

Changes: Morne Morkel replaces Brad Hogg and Shakib Al Hasan is back in place of Johan Botha. MI too have made a change – Vinay Kumar is in for Jasprit Bumrah.

TOSS: KKR won the toss and Gambhir decided to bowl first.

The momentum has started to build ahead of the crucial match.

It's a do or die match for the Rohit Sharma-led side as a loss will knock them out of the tournament. MI will have a slight advantage of playing on their home ground and after yet another remarkable comeback, they would be desperate to keep the good work going.

Mumbai have a lot of world class players in their arsenal and their coaching staff too, is probably the best in the business. The likes of Pollard, Simmons and Rohit will have to deliver as a unit to put a tough challenge ahead of KKR.

Defending champions KKR on the other hand would be keen to defeat Mumbai, after which they will become the table-toppers in the IPL points table.

Gautam Gambhir's form would be a spot of bother for the team as after starting the tournament on a high, the 33-year-old has been dismissed for paltry scores on several occasions of late. Andre Russell and Yusuf Pathan have performed well for their team this season and they both need to come up with significant performances to put their team on the top.
