New Delhi: Indian pacer Ashish Nehra underwent a knee surgery in London to treat a "high-grade tendon injury" he had suffered on his right knee during an Indian Premier League match earlier this month.
Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman posted a photograph of Nehra, where he can be seen lying on the hospital bed after the surgery.
Soon after the pic was posted, cricketers poured in wishes for his speedy recovery.

Spearheading the Sunrisers Hyderabad attack, the 37-year-old Nehra sustained a hamstring tendon injury during their IPL match against Kings XI Punjab on May 15, ruling him out of the rest of the tournament.
