New Delhi: Former England skipper Michael Vaughan is clearly upset with Kevin Pietersen`s sudden axing from the England squad and has demanded the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to explain reasons that led to the right-hander`s ousting.
Minutes after ECB confirmed the news by issuing a statement on Twitter, Vaughan expressed his views through his official account on the micro-blogging site.
Sad way to end a mavericks England Career .@KP24 will be missed...Would love to know what he does that is unmanageable !!??

Since ECB didn`t come up with a specific reason why Pietersen was dropped ahead of the ICC World T20, Vaughan asked the board to explain specific reasons which made them reach the decision.
I think the @ECB_cricket have to explain to everyone exactly what @KP24 has done so we can all have clarity and reasoning ..

While the answers are still to be known, England will for sure go through a transition phase as they won`t have their champion off-spinner Graeme Swann, nor the maverick right-hander in their squad from the next series onwards.
