New Delhi: When it comes to T20 cricket, R Ashwin is one of the rare spinners who has troubled the batsmen without being tonked away for too many runs.
In one of the T20I matches against South Africa last year, the Karnataka off-spinner bowled a peach of a delivery to dismiss Hashim Amla.
The carrom ball was pitched outside the leg-stump and before the South African batsman could read the length, it spun sharply back into him to knock his off-stump.
Many believe the mind-blowing delivery is the best ever bowled in the shortest format of the game.
