New Delhi: National selectors rewarded Yuvraj Singh for his hard work and perseverance with a call-up to the Indian side.
Yuvi along with fellow veteran Ashish Nehra were picked for the T20 series against Australia early next year.
The left-hander had earlier stated he needed time to deliver and should be given a fair number of opportunities.
Having already failed once on his comeback, questions are being asked whether Yuvi can deliver like he once used to.
A day after being selected, Yuvi told The Telegraph that he needed support from his teammates to perform well.
"...The dressing room needs to have belief in me," he said.
It now remains to be seen how many opportunities the World Cup winner is given in order to cement his position in the side for the all-important ICC World T20 on home soil.
