New Delhi: Novak Djokovic looked unstoppable this year, where he not only won three grand slam titles, but also ended up being the World No. 1.

Djokovic ended the year with an 82-6 record, winning 11 calendar titles, and reaching the final in 15 out of 16 tournaments.
In Grand Slams, Djokovic defeated Andy Murray to clinch the Australian Open, Federer to win the Wimbledon and got the better of the legendary Swiss again to win the US Open.
Novak ended Rafael Nadal's dominance on clay as he became the second tennis player ever (after Robin Soderling) to defeat the Spaniard at French Open. Djokovic ousted Rafa with a 7-5, 6-3, 6-1 win in the quarter-final.
Djokovic's dreams of completing a calendar slam were shattered by Stanislas Wawrinka, who won his maiden French Open title earlier this year in a four-setter.
Nole also walked away with a cool $21million (£14m) in winnings. Roger Federer (USD 97.3 million) and Djokovic (USD 94 million) are now in a race to become the first USD 100 million men in tennis in 2016.
