Naomi Watts-led 'GoT' prequel scrapped
The untitled prequel's ensemble cast included Watts, Miranda Richardson, Joshua Whitehouse, and Marquis Rodrigez. It was said to focus on the "Age of Heroes", thousands of years before the events of 'GoT', and the first-ever battle between man and White Walker, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter.

'Game of Thrones' saga may continue
The original series "Game of Thrones" is inching towards its end but the saga is expected to continue. George R.R. Martin, the author of the "A Song of Ice & Fire" saga, on which the series is based, wrote in a blog post that three spin-offs are "still moving forward nicely".
