Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday chose a new way to protest three agriculture laws. Rahul reached Parliament by tractor with his colleagues. However, Rahul was not allowed to enter the Parliament complex on a tractor. They were stopped by security officials at the entrance as only vehicles with valid passes are allowed to enter the Parliament complex.
