COVID-19: Asia Cup 2021 cancelled due to pandemic
The tournament which was originally scheduled to be held in September, 2020 in Sri Lanka was moved to June, 2021 due to Covid-19. However, the unrelenting pandemic has played spoilsport again.

Asia Cup: Pakistan board chief Ehsan Mani rules out 2021 edition, Sri Lanka to host in 2022
Ehsan Mani further said that the Asia Cup 2021 is unlikely to be held as Pakistan doesn’t have the time for it due to PSL 6 matches and India will also be busy with the ICC World Test Championship final against New Zealand.
