Air India won't take B777s from Jet
A few weeks back, Air India had shown keen interest to take 5 wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft of Jet Airways on dry/wet lease and initiated talks with the crisis-hit airline`s lead lender SBI.

Jet to hire over 50 Foreign pilots
Jet Airways is in the process of hiring over 50 expat pilots to fly its widebody B-777 planes, with six of these aircraft, currently on lease to Abu Dhabi- based Etihad Airways, are expected to start returning to the Indian carrier's fleet from June.

Air India likely to seek more time to decide on Boeing proposal
