'Agnipath' scheme: Supreme Court directs Registrar General to transfer various PILs to Delhi High Court
The Supreme Court directions came after hearing advocates Kumud Lata Das and ML Sharma for petitioners and SG Tushar Mehta for respondents. Various petitions were filed before the court challenging the Agnipath recruitment scheme for defence forces.

Plea in Delhi High Court seeks release of foreign Tablighi Jamaat members from COVID-19 quarantine
The petition said that this quarantine is "bereft of legality and ultra vires of Articles 14, 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India and thus is liable to be quashed."
