Indian Railways starts special trains to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar for migrant workers after Delhi imposes lockdown
Indian Railways’ Northern Railway zone on Tuesday (April 20) added special trains from New Delhi to Bihar and Uttar Pradesh over the next three days to cater to demand as migrant workers who seek to head back to their native states.

The movement of the individuals shall be allowed only with the possession of an e-pass (in soft or hard copy). An e-pass can be obtained by applying on the website www.delhi.gov.in. There will be no restrictions on passengers going to/from airports, railway stations, or ISBTs.
