Twitter to appoint resident grievance officer for India soon
Twitter had appointed California-based Jeremy Kessel as India’s new grievance redressal officer after Chatur quit his post. The update on the website of Twitter showed the appointment of Kessel in the new role.

Twitter interim grievance officer for India quits amid IT Rules row
Twitter's website no longer displays Dharmendra Chatur's name, as required under Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. Chatur was recently appointed as interim resident grievance officer for India by Twitter.
