Domestic air passenger traffic rises by 19% to 114 lakh in September
The passenger load factor in September has shown increasing trend compared to the previous month due to beginning of festive season, the DGCA said.

Despite the demonetisation move that was said to have affected some sectors of the India, Indians were the top flyers in the month of November 2016 with the domestic air passenger traffic growing a huge 22.3 percent during the month.

Domestic air passenger traffic up by 13% in Sept
India recorded the strongest growth during the month with domestic air traffic spiking 13.2 percent, followed by China and Russia.
