Domestic car sales up 6% in August, bikes down 9.59%
"We are on a slow and steady but not a very explosive growth path. This is the 10th consecutive month of increase in car sales," SIAM Director General Vishnu Mathur told reporters here.

February car sales up 6.85%; single digit growth in FY15: SIAM
According to the data released by SIAM, domestic passenger car sales stood at 1,71,727 units in February this year as compared to 1,60,717 units in the same month of 2014.,60,717 units in the same month of 2014.
