India active IPO market; 26 companies raise $619 million in Q1: EY
India was among the most active IPO markets in the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region, with BSE and NSE registering 26 IPOs worth USD 619 million in first quarter this year, says an EY report.

Initial Public Offers (IPOs) in India are set to hit a six-year high in 2016 and estimated to raise more than USD 5 billion, largely owing to a growing appetite for equities and positive sentiment on the growth front, says an EY report.
