Google confesses before parliamentary committee on social media misuse?

Officials of Facebook India and Google India on Tuesday appeared before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology on the issue of misuse of social media platforms. The panel, headed by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, held a meeting of the parliamentary panel to protect the rights of citizens and prevent misuse of social/online news media platforms.
