As the pollution levels continue to soar, Delhi Education Minister Atishi has announced the closure of primary schools in the city until November 10. For students in grades 6-12, the option of shifting to online classes is being offered.

Delhi-NCR implements GRAP stage 4 to curb air pollution; bans BS-4 diesel vehicles, shuts industries
The CAQM directed the authorities to enact Stage 4 of the GRAP in Delhi NCR, which includes a ban on entry of truck traffic( except for trucks carrying essential commodities), Medium and heavy goods diesel vehicles and closing down of all industries.
