Private builders in Noida to clear dues to put full stop to stalemate over registries
The developers have come up with an estimate which suggests that more than 50,000 buyers are looking forward to getting their properties registered in the district. The buyers have invested in about 385 group housing projects which are cleared by the three aforementioned authorities.

Alert! Noida authority puts stay on house registration in these 5 sectors; CREDAI issues clarification
As per a CAG report, a Sports City project was being planned by combining these five sectors and a third party was being benefitted by the project. Following the disclosure by the CAG report, the Authority formed an inquiry committee to investigate the matter. The committee will present the report at an upcoming board meeting.
