Chinese companies to set up units at GMR's Kakinada SEZ; invest $3.5 bn
GMR Infrastructure has inked a pact with GIIC of China to set up units at its special economic zone (SEZ) in Andhra Pradesh`s Kakinada, which will attract an investment of $3.5 billion over the next five years, a company statement said on Monday.

Govt gives more time to 31 SEZ developers to execute projects
The government has given more time to as many as 31 special economic zone developers and units, including Torrent Pharmaceuticals and Kakinada SEZ, to implement their projects.
