Instagram co-founders step down from company: Report
Instagram Chief Executive Officer Systrom and Chief Technical Officer Krieger have notified the photo-sharing app`s leadership team and Facebook on Monday about their decision to leave, the newspaper reported.

The photo-sharing site 'Instagram' now stands next to Facebook and Twitter in terms of popularity. Created by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, the app was launched in October 2010. However, Instagram gained popularity only in April 2012, with over 100 million active users.
