During their first bilateral meeting at the Oval Office of the White House, both PM Narendra Modi and President Joe Biden discussed a wide range of priority issues, including combating COVID-19, climate change, economic cooperation as well as Afghanistan.

PM Narendra Modi to attend bilateral with US President Joe Biden shortly, Quad Summit tonight

After his bilateral talks with Biden, PM Modi will attend the first in-person Quad Summit hosted by the US President. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga will also attend the summit. The Quad Summit aims to boost cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region amid China's growing dominance in the area.
