Days after the mutilation of two Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army along Line of Control (LoC) in the Krishna Ghati sector of the Poonch district, National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Thursday vouched for talks between India and Pakistan asserting that only talks between India and Pakistan can improve relations and end this crisis.
