Glenmark Q2 net up 20% at Rs 198 crore
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Thursday reported 19.81 percent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 197.78 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, driven by good growth in India, US and Europe.

SEBI fines Glaxo for delayed disclosure in Indian listed arm
Capital market watchdog SEBI Tuesday slapped a fine of Rs 25 lakh on Glaxo Group Ltd, a promoter entity of drug maker Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals, for failing to make timely disclosures about its aggregate shareholding to the company and the stock exchanges.
