Dr Reddy's board approves share buyback for Rs 1,569.4 crore
Drug major Dr Reddy's will buyback around 44.85 lakh shares, accounting for about 2.6 percent of the existing paid up capital of the company, for up to Rs 1,569.4 crore.

Starboard urges Yahoo to buy back up to $4 bn of shares
Yahoo Inc shareholder Starboard Value LP said the company`s spinoff of its stake in Alibaba Group Holding Ltd was a "good first step" but it could do more, including a share buyback of up to $4 billion.
