Sensex falls 130 points, Nifty slips below 12,250 as markets open
Around 10 am, the benchmark S&P BSE Sensex dipped nearly 140 points, or 0.34 per cent, to around 41,480 levels. Asian Paints (down 1%), and Axis Bank and IndusInd Bank (both down 0.8%) were the top laggards in the Sensex pack.

Sensex down 8.29 points at 40,336.79, Nifty flat in pre-open
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex was at 40,317 level. On NSE, the Nifty50 was testing 11,900-mark.

Sensex gains 50 points, Nifty nears 11,600; Infosys, RBL shares tank
The gains were however short-lived with the Sensex falling as much as 95.99 points to hit 38,867.85 on the downside in the first few minutes of trade, and the Nifty sliding to as low as 11,556.50, down 31.85 points from its previous close.

Sensex, Nifty falter after hitting record high
The benchmark index hit a high of 25,735.87 points and a low of 25,533.96 points in the trade so far.
