Rajesh Exports acquires world's largest gold refining firm Valcambi for Rs 2,560 cr
Rajesh Exports, the world's largest gold jewellery maker, Monday announced the acquisition of Switzerland-based gold refinery Valcambi for USD 400 million to gain access to raw materials at lower prices.

"We are looking for backward integration," chairman Rajesh Mehta told Reuters on Wednesday. "We have identified five-six overseas companies and in tomorrow`s board meeting we will shortlist one company."
