UK PM Liz Truss sacks Finance Minister Kwasi Kwarteng following mini-budget turmoil
UK Finance Minister Kwasi Kwarteng was removed from his post by Prime Minister Liz Truss, following a turmoil over last month`s mini-budget. Kwarteng did not even held the post for 40 days, making him the second shortest-serving UK Chancellor after Iain Macleod.
